15º C.

Aging

18 months in new French oak barrels and malolactic in 22Hl French oak vats.

Tasting Notes

Bright cherry. Initially, the notes of cherry, licorice, and black fruits stand out, well integrated with the balsamic and toasty notes of the wood; these aromas give way to more complex notes: tobacco, cedar, and leather. Entry of great liveliness, since it is a fleshy wine, with good acidity and structure. The flavors of its black fruits, licorice and spices blend harmoniously in the mouth.

Pairing
It pairs especially well with elaborate and powerful foods in flavor, such as stews, game meat, lamb, duck or roasts in general. Suggestion: duck breast with sweet and sour honey.
Botellas numeradas
