Tasting Notes

Very dark mahogany in color. Voluptuous aroma on the nose, nuances of raisins and oxidative aging, elegant and complex. Dense and honeyed palate. Very round, penetrating and long aftertaste. Wide aftertaste.

Pairing
Fantastic drink on its own or with ice, also with a slide of fresh orange. A fine vermouth to enjoy on its own, or as an aperitif (cheese, charcuterie, snacks, anchovies, olives, mussels). Vermut Amillo is a very versatile drink.
